MINITURE CHEESE LOAVES
2 1b. hamberger
2 3/4 bread crumbs
3/4 C. chopped onion
1/2 C. chopped green pepper
2 T. chopped parsley
1 t. salt
1/4 t. basil
1/4 t. pepper
1 10 1/2 oz. condensed veg. soup (canned)
1/2 C. swiss cheese (cubed)
1 jar meatless spahgetti sauce
Mix together all ingredunts exceot cheese and spahgetti sauce. Shape into 8 small meat loaves and place in a pan. Press cheese into the center of each loaf. Bake at 400° for 35 mintues. After about 20 mintues spoon spahgetti sauce over loaves. cook remaining 15 minutes.
