Hungarian Goulash Soup
3 lbs meat
2 T salad oil
2 T butter
2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 T paprika
5 cups water
1 red bell pepper, strips
2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 t caraway seed
2 tomatos, peeled & chopped
1 small dried red hot chili pepper
2 potatos lenghtwise in eights
white rose [unclear meaning]
Brown meat take out
Add onions + garlic till soft
Add other stuff except
Potatoes cook 2 1/2 hours
Add potatoes + cook 30 min.
Serve
