Boil Ham
Simmer
1 lb small white beans; wash 3 times, remove rocks & bad beans
Fill with water, about 3/4 full
Put in ham, s & p, cook for about 2 1/2 – 3 hours.
Take out ham & debone. Put back in & cook some more.
