Helans BBQ Beef
Boil Roast in Salt Pepper and galic and onion until falling apart. Take Roast out and cool off. Shred Roast and add to Sauce. Serve on Buns.
Mix all these together and cook for 2 hours. Thin with 1 can of beer and cook another 15-20 minutes:
* 1 cup brown sugar
1 16 oz bottle of catsup
1 cup black coffee
* 2 T worchestershire sauce
2 T liquid smoke
1 T dry mustard
1 T minced dry onions
2 T horseradish
1/2 t celery seed
1/2 t powdered garlic
1/8 t allspice
salt & pepper
* = add a little more
